I must say these were excellent, the meat was so tender which was awesome, I mean who loves a chewy fajita? Kyleigh ate 4 fajitas, which makes momma very happy!
I got the recipe off of CopyKat.com, have you been there? Tons of restaurant inspired recipes that makes eating at home very much like eating at your favorite restaurant...well except the fact momma has to cook and there is no cute bus boy to clean the table or wash your dishes. Oh well...
